Submit papers to be considered for inclusion directly to the Editor-in-Chief. Original papers not previously published will be considered for publication. Authors of papers accepted will be required to transfer copyrights to the publisher. Contributions other than academic papers are also welcome, eg Reviews, Policy Statements and Letters-to-the-Editor. All contributions must be in English. Papers must include an abstract of approximately 160 words. The journal follows the International System of Units (SI), and a standard English spelling. Papers will be fully edited and peer refereed.
The publisher reserves the right not to return original manuscripts submitted for publication.
Contributions in the form of a paper should comprise the original and two copies in Word format on a 3.5 inch diskette or CD suitable for an IBM PC. Photographs, tables, diagrams, etc, should be ready for publication. Authors will incur the cost of remake if submitted illustrations are not in the requested style.
Number illustrations and tables consecutively, ie Figure 1, 2, 3, etc, and Table 1, 2, 3, etc, with the Figure captions listed below, while Table descriptions are cited above. Figures and Tables are to be incorporated in the body of the paper and must be cited in the text. Published papers will be in black and white, so authors should keep this in mind when submitting any colour images.
Authors are asked to submit a short biography (100-200 words maximum) and a passport-style photograph (minimum 35 x 45 mm).
References are to be numbered in order in the text (ie [1][2], etc). Only those texts actually cited in the paper can be included in the References list. Please arrange references as follows:
