- Bio-fluids modeling, including arterial flows through diseased vasculature, modelling of cell mechanics, and fluid-cell interactions,
- Buoyancy-driven flows and horizontal convection,
- Instabilities in swirling flows, including atmospheric polar vortices,
- Bluff body wake flows, vortex dynamics and stability.
