IT information for undergraduate students

ECMS operates a service desk in the computer labs area (building 60) which is manned by lab assistant (9am - 5pm) during teaching periods and is primarily for dealing with computer lab issues.

Undergraduate students experiencing computer account issues should contact the ITS service desk located at Matheson Library Annexe (building 4).
