ECMS service desk
ECMS operates a service desk in the computer labs area (building 60) which is primarily for dealing with computer lab issues.
During teaching periods the counter is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
During non-teaching periods the service desk will be unattended.
When service desk is unattended, specific computer lab issues may be directed to IT.Support@eng.monash.edu.au
ITS service desks
The Clayton ITS service desk is located in the Matheson Library Annexe (Building 4) and operates during weekdays.
During teaching periods the counter is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm and phone 9903 2777 support is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
During non-teaching periods the service desk is open from 10:00am to 2:00pm while phone 9903 2777 support is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
