Service desk

ECMS operates a service desk in the computer labs area, which is manned by a lab assistant. They can be recognised with a bright orange t-shirt and an ID tag with the orange neckband.

The lab assistants may help you with:

  • Problems with logging on
  • Printing
  • Scanning
  • Hardware faults
  • Reporting network problems
  • Applications not working
  • Lost Property
  • General advice about any computer or lab related problem
During teaching periods the counter is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

During non-teaching periods the service desk will be unattended.

When service desk is unattended, specific computer lab issues may be directed to IT.Support@eng.monash.edu.au
