Leadership in a Technological Environment (LITE) programThe Leadership in a Technological Environment (LITE) program offers students the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge which will assist in shaping them as the leaders of the future. The three-year, non-award program challenges and extends students, providing a platform for them to acquire skills which will serve them well beyond the transition from student to professional. The program consists of a residential component and nine modules which include: communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving, ethics, sustainability, innovation and change management. EligibilityApplications will be considered from engineering students who will have completed one year of an Engineering single or double degree at a Monash University campus in Australia by the end of the year.
