Engineering First Year Enrolments

Step 4. Online enrolment tasks

Please note that WES is only available for enrolments to Engineering students between 24th Jan - 29th Jan.

Login to WES using your new Authcate username and password, click on Enrolment. You must complete the following steps in this order.

Do not forget to record the transaction number for the Enrolment Questionnaire and CSP HECS-HELP form.
  1. Check your address details - this MUST be kept up-to-date as all mail will be sent to this address.
  2. Complete the Enrolment Questionnaire
  3. For students with a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) - Complete the CSP HECS-HELP form - for partial up-front payment and deferral of payment you must supply a Tax File Number (TFN). If you do not yet have a TFN we suggest you select the full up-front payment option as an interim measure. Once you have applied for and been granted a TFN, you will then be able to change your payment method online via WES by 30 March.
  4. Unit Enrolment - enter all the units you selected in step three.

Step 5. Go to the Enrolment Centre and Receive your Student ID Card
