Tam Hup Foi

Mr Tan is an outstanding graduate of Monash University who has made significant contribution to the public transport industry in Singapore and internationally. He was the Chief Executive of a public bus company in Singapore, who has changed the perception of the public bus service with his modern buses and friendly customer service. Internationally, he placed and active role in the International Public Transport Association as a Vice President and Chairman of it’s Asia Pacific Division.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr Tan also plays a leadership role in community service. He is currently the Chairman of Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore. Prior to this he was the involved with the Institute of Technical Education for almost 25 years. In recognition of his contribution to society he was awarded a Public Service Medal by the President of Singapore.
